Here at Grá Getters, we do not use your data for any other purpose other than you have provided it for. The creation of account on this site is completely optional and for your ease of use. We will not sell your data to any other companies and ensure all data is safeguarded at all times.

Site has been created using Squarespace where tools are used to manage content and traffic.

Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel any orders. If you complete a transaction with us, you are agreeing to the terms that you are over the age of local consent based on your location.

We will do our utmost to work with you should you have any questions or concerns with us - please just reach out to us by emailing hello@gra-getters.ie or fill in the contact form on the site with any queries.

All shipping boxes are plain and discreet and will maintain any privacy concerns you may have in having your new products delivered.

Returns, refunds, exchanges

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not have a return option available unless the packaging has remained sealed, unopened and unused. Returns/Change of minds can be processed for all our customers within 30 days from date of purchase. In order to query whether you are still eligible for return, or whether we can process a refund or exchange, please email your order info to orders@gra-getters.ie to begin the process and we will take it from there.

For any refunds requested, we will need to inspect the returned product, before issuing the refund to ensure it meets all the above criteria. Return shipping costs will be covered by the sender, and if product is returned to us opened/unsealed or in a used condition, it will be disposed of and not returned or refunded.

We are happy to exchange defective items so please ensure to email us on the above email address to allow us to get her the correct warranty info and process the exchange you require. We aim to provide our customers with the best possible customer service and are willing to work out the best possible outcome, so please just get in contact and we’ll work with you for the best outcome.
